There can’t be too many of you who’ve never heard of the
book “How to Win Friends and Influence People.”
But have you read it? For a book
which was first published before my father was born, it has a lot of modern day
relevance.
If you’ve ever “won” an argument with a customer, but never
saw them again…
If you’ve ever corrected someone and then wished you’d not
bothered…
If you don’t always “click” with people you had hoped to
win-over…
If you have found yourself defending your service against Internet
retailers…
(I’m guilty on all counts so far)
If you could use more sales…
If you want to increase your charisma…
If you want a crash course in timeless principles of
building clientele…
(I could definitely use these things)
If you read it a million years ago, but haven’t reviewed it
in recent years…
…you might want to give it a look. To borrow my copy, just let me know.
